My Dad's Still Punk (?)

When I was a young angry idealistic kid, an old punk rocker told me some important words: Punk is an attitude. Punk is not what you look like, how you dress, or how you talk. Punk is in here and here (head & heart). Punk is how you see the world and the role you play in creating a better society. Now, as a dad in my 50s, I struggle to balance my punk rock/socialist analysis while working within a dysfunctional school system, and raising two kids within a dysfunctional society.
